Little Mac vs Joe Yabuki

Let's take a look:
Joe is somewhat superior to Mac when it comes to speed, he can fight at Subsonic speeds while Mac can only react to those speeds, Mac may be an expert to counter his opposent's moves but so is Joe, he's even better than Mac due to him being able to perfectly copying his opponent's moves and comes up with unorthodox strategies, lastly Joe has at the very least 8 years of experience over Mac, taking all of this into consideration i think i can come to the conclusion that Joe would eventually overwhelm Mac and beat him.
