Lucifer destroyed The Logos with a touch and is way stronger than many other 1-As' in Vertigo comics.

He ain't baseline, but I don't know if he is comparable to Ryuusui being 60 degrees of infinity above baseline Outerversal. My knowledge on both Kajiri Kamui Kagura and Lucifer/Vertigo is quite limited, and I advise getting those who are far more knowledgeable than me.

Matthew Schroeder and Sandman31 are quite knowledgeable about Lucifer and Vertigo comics, and ALRF is one of the most knowledgeable Masadaverse members I know.

If we ignore how contradictory DC/Vertigo (The Presence and the Angels gets different treatment from different writer) and just focus pure on powerscaling then he should be stronger than The Spectre's 1-A form which merged with The Void that is not only beyond time and space but is also the "Void beyond all Voids". He shouldnt be too weaker than Michael and his Dunamis Demiurgos. Elaine with the Dunamis Demiurgos was able to push away the Void (Due to the size of the Void its safe to assume that she only pushed away an infinitesimal portion of it but considering that The Void is a High 1-A void it's still an impressive feat)

Welp, that would make the Presence tier 0, I think its better to think that they are just extremely high end 1-A characters (Especially the Presence since the Spectre is just an embodied thought of the Presence). The Void the Spectre merged with seems to be a metaphysical void than "the paper"

Anyway DC is confusing and sometimes the way things are treated on this sites makes it even more confusing

Does Mikado have strategic ways to fight or she just activates her law and grants her wishes? I don't think that Lucifer has Taikyoku but he's capable of understanding his opponents weaknesses and strenghts. I'm not saying that he can defeat her but rather he's capable of surviving her law.

Now... someone who understands the Masadaverse would be needed
