I don't know about the scaling, but bulma have the hax adventege here, i think that she can even regenerate and probably can oustarmart Lettice

Acording to Kinshinpain, Demon Bulma is only below MUI Shaggy and she's stronger than grand priest, so i think that this fight is a stomp
