I got a couple quick questions before building a verse profile and singlehandedly reviving Bakegyamon(unlikely).
Let's say there's a specific entity. This entity is the manifestation of itself. Now, the entity is also an separate space created by itself that is the size of Japan, and contains everything in Japan, but upside down, presumably parallel to the original Japan, and is capable of manipulating the space at will, creating a 'game.'
Now, before people find out about the main form, when they only know about that Japan-sized space, another creature is stated to be the most powerful of the monsters there, and superior to the game itself, which was very recently stated to be an entity that was literally a backwards Japan. This more powerful creature was also involved in the creation of the actual Japan, I believe, or at least descended from that entity. However, it's not a 'Reality Warper' or 'Creation Feat' type. Literally, basically the only move he does is shoot massive fireballs that explode. Essentially, his only power is generating flames. His creation feat is centered around his flames as well, iirc. His physicals do have downscaling off his flames, I believe.
Now, does he ever perform a tier 6 feat in the series? He does not. He is in a city full of children, most of whom deserve to live, as well as innocent enslaved creatures, so he does not want to kill them, and his power is being restricted, though he still has upscaling off Backwards Japan even in that state.
Would any of this qualify him for Low 6-B, or High 6-C+, or something?
