Link is never gonna do anything at all since speed isn't equalised and as such he'll be frozen in time compared to Goku, but since Link is a Non-Corporeal ghost Goku can't actually damage him since he lacks Non-Physical Interaction and can't hit ghosts with physical or ki attacks so this is actually an inconclusive.

I still think Link has some chance of winning. Goku would not blitz at once, instead he would test Link as usual and then Link would use some of his Hax and then everything is over for Goku.

what about transmutation? Link could just wish goku away
