So the lightning feats page says that in order to qualify as real lightning (among other things) it needs proof of having a power of at least 1,6 billion joules OR 100 million volts , but what if it has a power above 1,6 billion joules, but also has a canon voltage bellow 100 million ?
Will the fact it has less than 100 million volts be used as an anti-feat for it being real lightning ?
