Lifting Strength when swinging something

May be a strange question but how can you find out the Lifting Strength required to swing something at a certain speed?

For example, I'm trying to determine the LS needed to swing something weighing 136.078 kg at 78418.2013725 m/s.

Is this even possible to determine?
 
Speed is irrelevant unless you want KE.

Lifting strength is based on the weight.
