Dropping this Darkwing Duck rework I've been working on for quite a while.

New tiering, P&A, Intelligence, and Stamina changes from the original.

I don't think I've seen any instances of time stop in the show, but there is in DuckTales (2017).

This seems just about right. But to say, I'm pretty sure Darkwing has faster feats than Supersonic+, no? I seem to recall the times where he dodged a lot of electricity coming from Megavolt (not sure if it's even real lightning) and if it's really the that he could disappear from a camera flash, that would be grounds for an FTL feat, wouldn't it?

It might be, although Megavolt doesn't seem to use real lightning and the camera flash is just a maybe for now. Just thought it would be worth mentioning.

Well, as you may know, by our current standards, it doesn't strictly HAVE to be real lightning....
