He can reattach it should it be cut off, produce copies that can attach to others and will only obey them if they can form a good synergy with it, he can analyse and perform tasks with pinpoint precision and accuracy, his arm can stretch REAL long really fast, he can form all kinds of tools and weapons with it, he can even use electricity, fire, and ice with it" form a forcefield around him and any allies, as well as bestow some abilities and powers onto other people via enhancing them with an element or giving them a spare arm. He's also able to do pretty much a good amount of what Mao Mao can do.
