Looking at the profiles, both are haxless, Leo should have the skill advantage(being better then a police officer vs being better then an actual martial artist) in knifes we have a serial killer who casually killed a police officer vs a proficient switch blade user, knife skill goes to Afton, unarmed goes to Leo.

Afton has the advantage in AP(upscaling from 375 joules vs baseline) durability is up in the air to how much Leo upscales from baseline, though considering he got hit by an 8-A(holding back but still) but was knocked out for it, Leo should have durability.

Experience is hard, Afton should be older considering you know, being an adult for Fredbear's when Charlie(a teenager) was a toddler. with Afton's pain tolerance and having dura superior to Leo's AP and being nearly even in everything else notable except for Afton having a home ground advantage, he knows the Freddy's location inside and out, literally. I think Afton takes this bit its high-diff.
