Cause it might seem like a rule, it looks a bit like this: "Law Manipulation (Via Jutsu Shiki. Jutsu Shiki allows Fried to create barriers and rules that force people to follow them regardless of the person's strength in comparison to Fried)

Quite inadequate. "... old and strong. It can't go beyond the wall," and maybe causality manipulation can be given if you provide support.
One reason I think about this is the possibility that the event here involves a "cause-and-effect" relationship.
Manipulation of causality can be given in the event that the result of the "inability of the old to pass" is caused by a "cause", and this is achieved by performing a manipulation.

Of course, it is still not certain. You need a strong connection and supports.
