I could legit try to make an argument for High 2-A TD based on nothing but speculation that definitely wouldn't get through with proper evidence I don't have but the lack of any conclusive evidence whatsoever tells me "Yeah, no, 2-A is definitely its tier and anything higher than that is wishful thinking on my part".

Also Lavos is Mid-Godly. At best you could try to do some wishful thinking and imagine that, because its objective was to erase all of the endless timelines leaving only the nothingness, it can exist and regen independently of said Reality therefore having High Godly. But there's literally no evidence whatsoever to confirm that so Mid-Godly is waaaaay more accurate and safe within the events of the series.

True Godly is totally a no-no. If he could do that he would have come back soundly even after getting the CC to its face.
