I would say future Mai takes this since she is a good strategist and has survived several encounters with a character like Goku black which is impressive.

Even if using Bad Launch, while she'd have the advantage in physical strength, Mai's stategical mindset, experience fighting far more grueling battles, and considerably higher durability would give her the win.

Flash Grenade and Poison Bombs would also give her a significant advantage.

Mirai Mai would take this quite easily due to the same reasoning as Ryukama's, as well as the fact that Mirai Mai can keep her cool in battle, whereas Launch is usually just attacking randomly.
