Can lasers bounce off the wall?

in the way that it does from mirrors? no.
It does bounce off but in the way all light reflects off things, being the reason why you can see it.

It depends on the type of light and the type of wall; sunlight for example bounces of light or shiny objects such as brightly colored metals.

Those projectiles are bouncing off normal walls, are balls instead of narrow beams, and explode upon impact.

Definetly not lasers.

Ruffs attacks are called lasers but they don't follow these requirements.

yeah not to mention they travel slower than normal bullets and a ball of electricity. Bs arguably has better speed feats by reacting to meteors and stuff though idk
