Lana and Cia both possess precognative abilities

Lana repairs the damage Cia did to the many timelines (through a Gate of Souls, she does not have Multiversal range)

Lana also fought against Hyrule Warriors Ganon to an unknown extent


So, overall: Healing, Resistance to Reality Warping, at least Moon Level AP, Power Sensing, Star Level Reality Warping/Barriers, Precognition, Reality Warping on a Multiversal scale, and late game Star Level AP.
