Kurusu Yuusei just has to touch you to deprive you of your Luck, in which you'll be killed by anything such as the surroundings falling on to you, your bullet ricocheting to you, etc.

Kurusu Yuusei is protected by the Luck of those he has deprived, so as long as it does not run out, he can't be harmed

He's also able to fight CQC (Close-Quarters-Combat) as seen with him being a Delinquent when he was a High School, etc.

Well, I don't think Kurusu Yuusei can kill Dirk Gently since the latter's Durability says this - Causality Manipulation and Probability Manipulation makes him hard to kill (He follows the stream of creation, with the universe itself preventing him from getting killed at times)

Kurusu would absorb Dirk's Luck, causing various accidents that would pretty much kill Dirk instantly with any of them but he seems to be protected by the Universe, so how would Dirk's ability even play out

His ability is vague as **** in an offensive way, and literally no explanations of how it'll protect him defensively
