This is something i never understood about her tier because even though her range is correct her AP isn't and that's because for the most part she is a "support" time magus(magician), Anyways i think her Ap should be the same as her range(universal) for the simple fact that she is in control of her own world(the world of dreams)..the following is from the Light novel(i'll also post the image for more context) which leads me to believe that she is indeed universal..
