Kuma has resistance to Power erasure, but I don't know if that could work as resistance, as Aoi's Power Null invalidates the abilities of his opponent, it doesn't "erase" them.

Well first that's cuz of her insane has like Plot hax, Fate hax, Casuality hax, and some others, so she has an advantage in that, + she even if she can't hurt Kumagawa she has things like Dura and Resistance Neg so that makes up for it
That's not even mentioning her passive soul absorption which Kumagawa doesn't resist, so she has much more wincons and chances of winning than Kumagawa, that's why I'm voting here
