A certain bald villain was spotted causing havoc in a strip club and both the police and hero's association are in panic. Literally ALL the Z fighters but Krillin got themselves killed… again, so he decided to deal with it himself. Meanwhile Saitama was watching the news, and saw Genos getting destroyed… again, so he went to deal with the threat. When Saitama gets there he immediately blows the villain to pieces. And as Krillin arrives he sees a bald man in spandex punch someone into an explosion of blood, and realizes this must be the villain.
Maybe something like that?
Anyway, yeah Krillin wins via skill and techniques just like last time.
