Krillin VS Kung Lao

It's hard to say, both are very close in AP (Kung Lao probably being stronger) and very skilled in combat.
However, this is what we know about Krillin's intelligence:

I see a possible scenario where Krillin outsmarts Kung Lao feigning defeat and then using a Kamehameha at full power (that should increase his AP above that of Kung Lao's) ultimately killing him.

I actually think Kung Lao can win, despite being a Revenant (which boosts his already great ego) Kung Lao still has more experience and training than this Krillin, and has better mobility with teleport and his hat is a deadly weapon, which Krillin can only dodge (the hat also acts as a boomerang and can be summoned back).
In terms of AP Kung Lao somewhat scales to 10.7 tons, while Krillin upscales from 3.7 tons.
Krilin on his own has ki blast (although this Krillin only uses the Kamehameha), the Solar Flare and the Zanzoken, but I don't think they are enough to grant him victory.

I doubt the weakness that was quoted will do much here. Kung Lao is willing to kill his opponent and he has all the time he needs to gloat after he actually kills him. As for his arrogance, it doesn't affect him much in the way of fighting as he only does that after he wins the fight.
Then there's him being a revenant, so there's no reason for him to not spare his opponent and feigning defeat just opens Krillin up for a finisher.

Kung Lao has no quarrel with Krillin on the basis he got fatality'd FRA also yeah Kung's gonna be serious the whole time. Since we're using revenant he's even more inclined to kill lol
