Kratos is literally 1,000 times stronger as far as raw AP goes, so the options are, either Dovahkiin shouts or he gets one-shotted instantly. Which is more statistically likely?

I doubt Kratos can kill the Dovahkiin in one hit. Especially when the Dovahkiin wear the Masque of Clavicus Vile and Ebony Mail. Spell Breaker also nullifies magic before it can be casted. So any magic based attack by Kratos will be nullified.
