Kratos' Ascension Key

I would like to ask something regarding Kratos' key as of GoW: Ascension. Depending on the answer, this might end up in Content Revision section.

Here's the section I'm reffering to:

Attack Pottency: At least City level, likely higher (Defeated the Furies, who created a dimension with a sea and storm and caused an earthquake across a small chain of islands. Should be at least comparable to the Warriors of Poseidon, who have a spear that is infused with the power of a Mediterranean tempest)

1. Why City level? I mean, the things like "sea" and "caused an earthquake across a small chain of islands" practically scream higher than just City level.
2. The Redeemed Warrior is capable of wielding the Atlas Hammer, which weight the same as the world:

Once carried by the Titan Atlas, the weight of the world is behind this hammer.

And as we know, the Earth in the Greek World contains at least several continents:

"Well that he should" Gaia thought. "The Sisters of Fate decreed that he be there when Kratos released Prometheus". She inhaled and mountain ranges rose. She sighed, river valleys formed and continents moved.

Wouldn't that make The Redeemed Warrior (and consequently Kratos) at least Multi-Continental in Attack Pottency?

Pretty sure this just has to do with the fact that kratos is at his weakest in ascension, so him being stronger than he was in chains (minus gauntlet) and GoW 1 wouldn't be right. Also, the creation thing was just an illusion, which kratos can neg via eyes of truth. The hammer would at best just give kratos better lifting strength scaling from warriors, cause he himself wouldn't have it. I'm not entirely against kratos' demigod keys getting an upgrade, but they seem fine where they are at now. Bumping it up would cause unnecessary inconsistencies. who have a spear that is infused with the power of a Mediterranean tempest, the calc itself by kep even says this is city level, so nothing changes with that.

Then why is this even mentioned? And it was more like illusion bordering on reality warping.

He says outright that the Redeemed Warrior is not as strong or powerful as Kratos. And keep in mind, this is all in the context of Ascension.

The Redeemed Warrior definitely needs an upgrade from the Hammer. To even lift an object which weighs multiple continents, you need to be strong enough to... well... lift multiple continents. Again, to just lift it, less alone swing it effortlessly. And if you try to hit something using that object, you combine your strength with the weight of the object. Simple.

Plus, I don't know about you guys, but I think The Redeemed Warrior being (at least) Multi-Continental would make his beating of Hercules during the Trials of the Gods a little easier to swallow, lol.

Eh, that's a large outlier tbh. Hercules is far above the warriors it's not even funny. As I said, I really don't have an opinion on the matter, but demigod kratos could use some love. You could make a CRT if you want.
