Rayman is Massively Hypersonic+ while Klonoa is only Hypersonic, but then again, Rayman is only Low 6-B while Klonoa is 6-B to 5-B.
Naturally, Klonoa would not be able to touch Rayman because he's so fast, but Rayman cannot really hurt Klonoa much either, assuming he has Planet Level Durability, and has the power to one-shot him countless times over.

Klonoa technically had short timestop in the volleyball game for when he used special moves.

I highly doubt that counts.
Still gonna give it to Klonoa here. It's more likely he'll land a lucky hit than Rayman spamming him to death with Small Country Level attacks.
