Kiritsugu Emiya vs Batman (prep battle)

Round 1: Three hours is not enough to create counter for Emiya's abilities. Batman will be downed in no time.
Round 2: Emiya's superior combat abilities grant him easy victory.
Bonus: Emiya! He lost everything... Even his own ideals.

Round 1: This is a tough one but I go with Kiritsugo, in there was more time MAYBE Batman but with only 3 hours I go with Emiya
Round 2: Batman may get the drop but otherwise Kiritsugo for the win
Bonus: Emiya all the way, although Batman is an interesting character when the writer gets it right

Round 1: I doubt Batman will have a plan in 3 hours for Emiya's abilities. In that time Emiya can gather up some explosives and blow him up.
Round 2: Emiya has all around better combat stats. Batman can use the environment to hide, but Emiya is no fool. He has fought similar opponent's before.
Bonus: There's no greater tragedy than to kill your own father because he was a madman, watching people die and doing nothing to help them and in the end sacrifice your own humanity for the greater good. Batman's parents have nothing on that.

In all scenarios Batman wouldent be able to keep up with his speed. Has no way of blocking his Contendor, Emiya takes this easy victory both first and especially the second round.
That is, unless batman can somehow get his Hellbat suit in those 3 hours prep, in which case, he takes the first round with ease.
Thrid round... Dude, batman is always crying about watching his parents die. Emiya had to KILL both of his. He's much stronger than Bruce will EVER be.
