Who wins? Round 1: Speed Unequalized. Round 2: Speed Equalized (No Alcilization, or however it's spelled) Both rounds in character.

Attack Potency: Unknow, at least Large Building level (Accidentally blew away a bank. Accidentally flew through several buildings.)
Speed: Unknow, at least Massively Hypersonic flight speed (speed of lightning) with FTL reaction speed (held out a mirror to reflect a camera flash)
Lifting Strength: Unknow
Striking Strength: Class GJ
Durability: Unknow, at least Large Building level (can take himself crashing through buildings with no side-effects)
R1: That's a horrible, horrible stomp.
R2: Probably Kirito since Underdog is prone to stumbling around. Underdog might fly into a Starburst Stream or something.
