Kotarou because reactive evolution lets him adapt to Kirito and he can survive Kirito's higher AP with Regenerationn.

I would say Kirito because of the AP, Kotaro doesnt have inmortality and would die in one hit, making his regen useless.

Kotarou is at least Building Level and Kirito is at least Large Building Level. Assuming they're both at the top of each level, Kirito is 5.5 times stronger than Kotarou. However, Kotarou can Rewrite to increase his strength.

But then Kirito would utterly hax stomp. IIRC Alicization Kirito was able to shake the world in the final fight, but that wasn't calced, and iirc that was also in the web novel. Haven't red the light novel on that.

That's not a hax. Not sure if 8-C Kirito would hax stomp, though I do know currently Kirito is in a higher tier, which makes this a rather mismatch.

It was done with an ability iirc. But he also has others such as spatial manip, transmutation, life drain, etc.
