I have no bonafide opinion on this one. Like, at all. I'm completely undecided. I want to side with Kirby, but Popeye has toonforce supreme.

Popeye's toonforce-game is just too strong, guys. Seriously. It's not a "magical" kind of reality-warping that Kirby can resist, and it does amount to some really frigging high-level reality-warping and such.

Just one can of spinach is all Popeye needs to win this.

Of course he's not omnipotent. It's just that toonforce, on the level he uses it, is very strong reality-warping. He can warp physical reality in very high-level ways as long as it doesn't violate the rule of being silly. He's physically transformed into a rocket-ship and flown to the moon in seconds just by eating spinach, for goodness sake. And he's multi-solar-system. Being on the same tier as Kirby but having the superior hax would give this to Popeye, IMO.

popeyes toonforce is, while not absolute top tier, definetly remarkable and more than enough to take down kirby.
