Can we pull up Julian's feats real quick. Kira resurrected Vampire Hunter D from the dead and made DMC Low 2-C. Julian is getting dogged here.
 
Julian resists passive emo hax at least into Tier -69 through his chad aura, and according to this drugged up cocaine junkie I have chained in my basement Dragon Ball is at least 1-A, possibly High 1-A, with Vegito being one of it's strongest characters.
