Ghidorah doesn't always spam it's Gravity Beams, it goes into melee a lot too as shown when it tried to fight Godzilla in melee despite being overpowered beforehand in melee combat.

And I wouldn't say number 10 regen is good enough to overwhelm here

It can heal normally lethal wounds in twenty seconds as shown by the inferior Ramarak.
