What stops Thunderer just killing him here? Dave might have a slight advantage before NP's come out do to healing (though Billy will dodge more, balancing it out.) but his needs some wind up and when Billy activates his, he is gonna get wrecked since Billy will shoot first and do heavy damage. It is easy to use too.

Small correction: this is not King David, but David when he was just a blessed shepherd.
Hn, it's tossup. Billy's definitely got the quicker draw and his gun is by definition superior as a Noble Phantasm, but David surpasses him completely in terms of Mystery and raw power. Not to mention, he can invoke the power of the Ark.
