Kimetsu no Yaiba 8-A Possible Downgrade

I wanted to ask this first before I made the CRT.

Currently, all the god tiers in Demon Slayer are upscaling to 100 tons from Doma's 8-B+ calc.

The issue is that the gap for upscaling is too high, 1.4.

But Doma was hit with poison 700x the lethal amount needed to kill a demon, and he performed the feat while melting and falling apart.

So is the gap fine for upscaling Or should the characters be "At least 8-B+, likely far higher"

The number allowed for upscaling is a case-by-case basis. When Psykorochi was High 6-A+, Tatsumaki was allowed to upscale to 5-C despite a 1.5x gap due to the circumstances

Anyways, not knowledgeable about the verse, but I think 8-A upscaling is probably fine
