Edit: This Fight might be a close one honestly, Kim reacts faster but Videl is stronger. Kind of hard to decide... Made this since I think both of them fighting would be great as a death battle (more of who ever gets knocked out first (no one wants to see videl get slaughtered again and also not Kim.)

More like the fact that she is reportedly more powerful than Mr. Satan, the guy who broke through 14 blocks of stone and a bus, pulled a few buses, took down Spopovich through legitimate means, etc. That's not to mention Peak Human with Supersonic+ Reactions isn't going to do crap against someone who's Subsonic all-around.

Videl is probably stronger and tougher but that's really it. We can't even say by how much, TBH.

Videl being Supersonic doesn't matter because Kim can still keep up wither her via her reactions and combat speed, has a jetpack to that match Videl's flight speed, and with her Red Shoes, Kim is Hypersonic. Assuming that Videl is the highest level of Supersonic (Mach 0.5) and Kim is the lowest level of Hypersonic (Mach 5), Kim can become 10x faster than Videl.

For all intensive purposes, Kim matches Videl in speed where she really needs to and can easily surpass and blitz her should she choose. Really all that Videl's Supersonic speed and flight accomplishes is that she crosses distances faster than Kim some of the time.

Skillwise, Videl is very good but Kim is no slouch either (16 types of Kung Fu plus other martial arts), so I'm not going to give a definitive edge here. Experience-wise, however, Kim is been through a lot more and Videl isn't exactly packing anything really crazy or outside her comfort zone.

Kim also has access to constricting lipstick to bind Videl and knockout gas to just end the fight.

End of the day, Kim can keep up with Videl in physical combat, can utterly surpass her in speed and even has a way to just end the fight other than trying to beat her opponent down.

Kim does the Possible and takes the match, IMO.

1. Kim has three different speeds, depending on on what's she's using:


First- Base Kim is Peak Human with Supersonic+ combat and reactions.

Second- Kim with her jetpack gets Supersonic+ travel speed.

Third- Kim with her Red Shoes is Hypersonic.


2. Actually it says no weapons, not no equipment. Her shoes and jetpack aren't weapons.

So really, Kim reacts and fights 5 times faster than Videl without her jetpack or shoes, assuming Videl is the highest level of Subsonic and Kim is the lowest level of Supersonic+.
