Here are some basic notes to have Killua resists Sasuke's paralysis hax with god speed Killua with IR and Sasuke Info anal some what counter each other (Killua body acts on own and Sasuke sees the next move and its power) Killua may win because of his speed.

Sasuke resists mindhax so I guess he might resist Ren. Though in speed unequal Sasuke gets blitzed to hell and back

With Godspeed? This is a stomp.
Sasuke cannot win, with Killua's automatic reactions and his various status amplifiers.

Sasuke's AP advantage is not even 2x, to overlap the speed and we still have the colossal resistance of Killua.

But that was before the HxH and Naruto revisions and at this point, it is also not added, as Sasuke has no chance of winning.
