Also, I think the Unlimited power there means more of an infinite source of atum that is given by the key that the demiurge can channel rather then they themslef having unlimited power.

Also according to WoG, even YISUN couldn't kill Jagganoth. So his durability is way higher than his offensive power

We don't need a WoG for that. We have both inverse feats and statements proving that. We know he's invulnerable due to the iron nails in his body. And when he fights Solomon is able to block his attacks, but even when giving himself a 1000 times strength amp or stopping time within stopped time to give him an insane beatdown he still can't even bruise Jagganoth.

So what's the consensus for the general power of the demiurges? Because on one had feat wise they're probably in the higher ends of island to lower end of cuntry level based of what 1 slash off Jagganoth's finishing attack was able to do. And on the other hand statement wise some fodder Demiurge that Solomon David killed before he got his key or said demiurge's army could destroy a star, Solomon is stated to have made/moved 2 stars (tumblr implies he did a mix off both, but more moving than making) once he had his own key and it's stated that all of the demuirges could've moved Throne's sun (at least a little).
There's also the whole each Key of Kings is a tuning fork for the voice of a god, each one being capable of making their own universe. And the current keys being so juiced up on smaller keys that they're referred to as "weapons so mightsome they could rip creation itself" and even emissaries who just have a tiny fraction of their masters power being said to have "the power to split worlds". Though we know the demiurges most likely can't actually use the key's power to their full potential.
