I mean, even assuming everything "impossible" about Kharn was allowed to be nullified and even assuming he had no weapons, Kharn is a massive, genetically modified human of pure muscle while the Mundane is...mundane.

Kharn being genetically modified is not mundane. Him being pure muscle on the other hand... is kind of an advantage.

They would die. There ability on works on things like, say, aliens, zombies, mutants, etc.

I would say that Kharn wins, even without his powers he is afar better fighter.
