Cloud via being millions of times stronger then Kharn

Is cloud abilities the same as magic of not I give fight to him. Although kharn possibly solar system, I don't how this will affect the fight also kharn can bring himself back from the dead.

Well, it depends. Kharn is far, far more experienced than Cloud, and his pistol grants superior range, as Khorne would nullify magic. Ultimately, it depends if Kharn can disarm Cloud (which I believe he can) or simply get through without getting hit (which I also think Kharn can). Kharn spent almost 10,000 years in the Warp, fighting demons capable of crushing planets and winning. However, I do acknowledge Cloud's superior strength.
In order for this not to be a stomp, the theoretical maximum amount of power Kharn can hold must be used, but if that is the case, Kharn's vastly superior experience should grant him a win.
And if not, Khorne does not care, for he cares not from where the blood flows. Only that it does.

Okay, how the Hell is Kharn scratching someone literally thousands of times stronger then him, Cloud is in the 3 Megafoe!

Depends entirely on how you scale Kharn's 4-B.
If it's just from scaling to stuff like the casual size feats of average Greater Daemons in the Eye, Cloud has an extreme raw power advantage.
If you instead scale Kharn from killing Celestine (who could slightly compete with Abaddon) without really slowing down, or if you skip that step and go right to Kharn actually damaging Abaddon in their battle, then he's probably a good deal up there on the 4-B scale, considering Abaddon was strong enough to effortlessly one-shot a perfect clone of mortal Horus, and shouldn't be extremely far behind Chaos Horus, who is very, very high level 4-B is we assume the Emperor was holding back his defenses quite a bit, as well. His higher-end interpretation likely warrants 4-A (Chaos Horus, not Kharn or Abaddon), too.

It can be settled in such a way if the characters mentioned rely more on brute strength over hax.
In this case, a sneeze from Cloud makes him explode, and he needs to strike Cloud enough to kill him while simultaneously trying to dodge his attacks because any attempt to parry or block gets him killed, of course Kharn doesn't know this.

By comparison, Horus Lupercal was thrown against Sephiroth and was considered a fair match, Horus is like >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kharn.

That match is also severely outdated due to Sephiroth's had additions, such as time stop, soul manipulation, death spells etc..

Cloud takes this via vastly superior stats. Kharn's only real advantage is Gorechild but I believe that only attacks the soul slowly it's not instantaneous. Also people are forgetting Cloud is still a threat in CQC via having Zack's memories so I doubt disarming him will be a problem.

He actually didn't absorb Zack's memories he literally just trained himself in Zack's way for many years, and he has been disarmed before by Kadaj in AC, but that guy is leagues above Kharn.

Hmm odd why I do remember Cloud obtaining Zack's memories and skills? Guess I'm mistaking something since I haven't played FF7 and crisis core for awhile. Is AC actually Canon?
