So, story chapter 26 just gave a huge lore dump about phantom bullet and how it functions, but the person who literally invented hatred and created the phantom bullet by proxy. This will Change some of the abilities for phantom bullet as a result.

I'm going to summarize what I understand from the scans.



The Phantom Bullet reduces the distance between the projectile itself and the target's heart to zero. It does this distance reduction through Yggdrasil, targeting their specific life through that. It is essentially connecting to and firing itself using Yggdrasil which spans over all of time and links directly to things created by it.



This means that Phantom Bullet on all relevant profiles will lose the following abilities

Probability Manipulation, Durability Negation, Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, and Homing Attack

These are mainly because they were the best I could come up with when I first made the profile. a lot of stuff was unexplained, and I did my best to fill in the gaps.



Phantom bullet will gain the following abilities, and keep Time Manipulation

Spatial Manipulation, Telepathy, Death Manipulation, Fear Manipulation

Time Manipulation for reducing the impact time to as close to zero as possible, Spatial manipulation for reducing the distance to zero, telepathy for seemingly being able to transfer thoughts and memories to the target, Death Manipulation for severing the target's link to their source of life, and fear manipulation for when Simon targeted Hart with phantom bullet, stating that it felt like his heart was in a vice.







This would also give Phantom Bullets infinite speed, and scale directly to Yggdrasil via destroying it's branches.



Yggdrasil is the source of all creation and exists independently from it. It's roots are said to span all of time. In order to rewrite time, you would need to have a universe's worth of prima ether, which Misette deems an impossible feat. Scans below.

Disagree with Time Manipulation, there's not "reducing the impact time to as close to zero as possible" this is already covered in the use of spatial manipulation to make the attack hit the target.

Disagree with Infinite Speed as that's just spatial hax.

And it also seems that this only works for people who are linked to Yggdrasil by its branches, so this seems like a limited ability.

Yeah, Phantom Bullet works on all of the created races (Machines, Humans, Spirits, Dragons, Gods, Demons, Giants, Beasts). The only race it doesn't work on are the Ancients, as they aren't created by Yggdrasil. I'm unsure of how this would work for verse equalization, though.

Fine with Telepathy.

Feat Manip seems to be valid because it directly affects the link that the races share with the Yggdrasil branches, although I do not see it working against people who do not have such a connection. And this leads us to the next point.

Not that I know much, but Verse equalization is mainly for concepts such as ki, chakra or cosmos being treated as equal despite having different physiologies or how to equalize the concepts or UES so that they work with each other. But we also have this.

However, if an ability has a weakness, condition, caveat, or limitation, consistently shown throughout its use (such as not working on characters under a specific condition, like energy gap) or stated by a valid and uncontradicted statement, then it should be applicable after the equalization.

This shows that these conditions must be applied even after equalized, which means that these abilities are only limited to people linked to the Yggdrasil.

Ozriel and Yhwach have Infinite speed attacks for more or less the same reason.

First of all that is whatabouthism. Second, these characters have more than one justification that complements their rating, for this case there is only one statement and "more or less" doesn't make their case equal to this.
