Also going with Iron Man. Kenpachi is denser than a black hole, he'll easily play into Tony's mind games and strategies. Also Tony is far better equipped than Kenpachi.

Voting for Iron Man for better weaponry and intellect. Kenpachi is cocky enough to take several attacks from a dangerous enemy before it dawns on him he might die, and Tony is smart enough to keep away from Kenpachi and finish him off long-range.
