I could see Kenpachi winning if he had any new abilities in his Bankai, but he doesn't. Toshiro would Flash Freeze him and negate any fuction/ability/power Kenpachi has

until now toshiro wins via freeze although kenpachi seems faster than toshiro . In the future , i goes with kenpachi because Kenpachi is also one of 5 special war potentials , he should be stronger than the other normal shinigami
