It does not work like this; to be in soul society, a character have to be a soul. Verse Equilization doesn't not the conversion possible.

Aight so.

If Akuma can see Kenpachi, not only does Kenpachi get blitz'd (Kenpachi is Sub-Rel+ while Akuma is FTL, and you didn't equalize speed) but Kenpachi also get's completely Ap stomped. (Kenpachi's high end of his feat 243 petatons, while Akuma scales to Azura, who scales to Viltra which has a 8 exaton feat)

So basically Akuma stomps
