That and Spiderman has MHS combat speeds and Large Building level+ AP. Meaning even if he held back, there's still a possibility that he might kill the guy. Just saying.

You also need to be sure that each side has a possible chance to winning a fight. Or at least give the other a good fight even if they end up losing.
