Ken Kaneki vs. Ryuunosuke Akutagawa

Hmmmm
Kaneki can attack from several different angles at once, and use a sneaky kagune tentacle to attack Akuta when he isn't devouring space.
Kaneki's regen is on par with Atsushi's and that was giving Rashamon some trouble.
In terms of speed they are about even. Both have feats of dodging bullets and running up walls, but in this case I'm inclined to say Kaneki is slightly faster, as I think Kagune/Quinque bullets would be faster than normal bullets. But they are still pretty close so it doesn't really matter.
In front of Anteiku, Kaneki would have more maneuvability from jumps and dashes around the buildings...
All in all, Kaneki is a slightly stronger version of Atsushi, and Atsushi beat Akutagawa, so...
