This is Final War Bakugo and 45% Deku being used, both starting at their regular levels but can access their amps if needed, both sides have the canonical knowledge they would have on each other at the respective points in the series they come from and the fight takes place in an indestructible version of the Sports Festival Arena surrounded by a bunch of pillars and other things for Deku to be able to use Blackwhip to move around with.
