Unfamiliar with Frieren, so sorry if I get information wrong. From the looks of it, her best and only real bet of dealing with Kars and his regeneration is her sealing. Most of her hax seem to work exclusively on magic, like power sealing and copying, and the vampires in Jojo are purely biological. If Kars gets up close, he's gonna absolutely destroy her with his absorption, acid, and a monstrous lifting strength advantage of 20000 (Class 50 vs Class M). How likely is she to use sealing in battle?

She's technically never used it in the story before. She used it in a flashback and a perfect clone of hers used another sealing technique.

So, not super likely, but part of that is also because she's never needed to (Being top tier of the verse since the begining of the story)

The big question here for me is whether or not Soul Track could overcome Kars's regen, which... is arguable lol.

According to the profile, it specifically works on Demons. Since Kars is a biological based vampire, demon doesn't really fit the bill.

The stronger version is for demons, but she has a standard version that does that does the exact same thing.
It's under her Standard Magical Abilities.

Also, pretty sure Kars would be something akin to a demon via verse equalization kek.

If we take the interpretation of Kars being Mid-High, he should be able to regenerate from that, but it is a bit weird.
