This looks like Kars has every advantage except for range, he's MASSIVELY faster as this isn't speed equalized, has the far more consistent AP as the Space Marine would only be High 8-C with certain weapons like the Plasma weaponry and if he hits his target with those, it's only going to momentarily faze kars as the AP isn't even remotely enough to overcome his regen and his only useful weapon is theoretically laser weaponry (via using light to try and by pass regen) which still wouldn't be enough to destroy ALL of him. Meanwhile all Kars has to do is beat the Space Marine to death/ crack open his armour and absorb him, or go Light Mode and slice him to ribbons. I just dont see a way for him to pull a win against Kars.

Yeah, this is pretty much a stomp no matter what. Even if speed was equalized and the space marine was in his highest tier, the dreadnought, Kars would still have higher AP with his light mode and there’s no real way for him to get past his regen.
