Bryan no sells bullets and explosions. Kano mainly fights with his knives and those will be useless here. He may have better luck with his bionic eye though. Bryan also has higher physical strength and I would say better fighting skills as well. So I give this to Bryan.

Bryan straight destroys tanks and helicopters because of his "Carnage LOL" personality. Also he's a cyborg that easily throws girders kilometers long and can walk through bullets, explosions, and fire. Kano is the leader of the Black Dragon who deals illegal weapons and has a sweet artificial eye that shoots lasers. Also can transform into a human sonic for a few seconds to curl into a ball and fire himself at his opponent. Bryan is more powerful and duriable but lacks weapon variety. Doesn't mean he isn't gonna stomp.
