R1: Base Kamina vs Nudist Beach Uzu. Speed equalized.

R2: Kamina with Gurren Lagann vs Uzu with Blade Regalia Secret Unleashed. Unequalized speed.

In character for both rounds.

Who wins each round? State your reasons
 
I don't think in round 1 there would be a massive difference. Uzu in R1 is Nudist Beach Uzu during ep 19 - 22, not the base Uzu in the OVA. I don't think Nudist Beach Uzu would be that strong
