Till this day I will never understand how Deku and shigaraki scaling to a 3 perception blitz amp scaling chain doesn’t get them upscaled to baseline or bare minimum SOL In a 1.6x gap

That's different from status boost that are unquantifiable (no stated multipliers)

And this is fun and games so I proposed a proposition for this matchup.
(Also unironically many characters scaling doesn’t really matter since this is fun and games and that no one in mha other than Shigaraki scales to 120% Deku’s speed alongside multiple characters already scaling to prime Shigaraki’s speed unironically )

Also if you’re saying that characters with a 1.6x gap cannot be upscaled in a 100 perception blitz amp scaling chain then this is either cap or a classic vswiki moment. Are the characters actively being blitzed by a .5 percent speed boost or something lol.
