Chapter 113 is officially released and there are abilities to be added

Here is the scan for the abilities

Astral Projection and Pocket Reality Manipulation (As shown in the scan, No. 9 can basically connect to to others and send them to a mental area of its own creation)

Transformation and Berserk Mode (If the core is destroyed, its equilibrium is distributed, reducing it to a beast that only destroys as it transform into the Daikaiju of the Meireki Era

I don't think this qualifies neither for AP nor PRM.
The mindscape isn't real, so it shouldn't be considered a pocket dimension, just a metaphysical place where two psyches meet. It's not AP either because no one is projecting, or externalizing anything, they are instead internalizing them at most.
However, it is a pretty clear example of telepathy, an advanced one even.

Trasformation and Berserk are fine.
