Going by his standard tactics, any amped punch from Luka one shots Kai

• Direct Punch (裂れっ地ち拳けん Recchiken?): Deals Physical DMG equal to 50%–110% of Luka's ATK to a single enemy.
• Sky-Shatter Fist (裂れっ地ち砕天拳さいてんけん Recchi Saitenken?): Consumes 2 stacks of Fighting Will. First, uses Direct Punch to deal 3 hits, with each hit dealing Physical DMG equal to 10%–22% of Luka's ATK to a single enemy target. Then, uses Rising Uppercut to deal 1 hit, dealing Physical DMG equal to 40%–88% of Luka's ATK to the single enemy target.

Eh, I'd argue Kai grabs his fire and reflects it back, so ranged attacks won't help. How skilled is Luka?

Explosion manip + Resist neg over his Fire which should cover the Heat part

The force of Kai's Fire itself would still be harmful for him + the fact he isn't really taking explosions

I guess I will have to vote for Kai in this one, he seems to be able to match and even defeat Luka in terms of skills and can won a long-run battle due to his superior stamina, as Kai can walk in a desert for weeks without food and water
